That chat-first model is what separates an AI social media manager from a dashboard with AI bolted on, and it is included at $29 rather than sold as an upgrade.
One honest note on the AI row: your monthly AI allowance is metered and it is the one figure that moves as model costs move, so the current number per plan is shown on the pricing section of the homepage and inside the app rather than quoted here. Hourly limits are stable: Agency is capped at 50 messages an hour, Enterprise at 100.

Starter Plan: $29/Month
Starter is $29/month flat for one person, 10 connected social accounts and 100 scheduled posts a month. It is the plan for solo creators, freelancers and single-brand small businesses who want the AI to do the writing. There is no per-seat multiplier — $29 is the whole invoice.

Who it’s for
Starter fits if you run one business or brand across several platforms, work on your own, and publish around 100 posts a month or fewer. It is also the cheapest way to find out whether talking to an AI beats your current dashboard.
The real limits
The 100-post cap is a hard monthly ceiling, and it is the limit most people hit first — Buffer, Hootsuite and Later do not cap post volume at all on their paid tiers. Starter also has no Brand Voice AI, no per-platform overrides, no bulk scheduling and no second seat. If any of those matter, the step up is Pro.
Pro Plan: $59/Month
Pro is $59/month flat for 25 social accounts, unlimited posts and 3 team members included in that one price. It is the plan most small teams and boutique agencies land on, and the point at which flat pricing starts to beat per-seat competitors outright.

Brand Voice AI is Pro’s headline feature and the honest justification for the extra $30. Instead of generic output, it adapts to your tone (professional, casual, witty, educational), your vocabulary, and your formatting habits — emoji use, hashtag style, typical post length. Who it’s for
Pro makes sense if you manage up to 25 accounts, have a team of three or fewer, publish more than 100 posts a month, or need brand-voice consistency, bulk scheduling or API access. If you are exactly three people, Pro is the single best-value plan we sell.
Agency Plan: $149 Per Seat
Agency is $149 per seat per month ($124 per seat on annual billing) with unlimited team members and up to 250 connected accounts org-wide. This is our one per-seat plan, and the one place where we stop being the obvious cheapest option.

Be honest about the math
Three Agency seats is $447/month. Five is $745/month. At that size you should compare the total directly against Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Later before committing, because for pure scheduling volume some of them land lower. Where Agency earns its price is the AI — unlimited chat-first generation, custom-trained voices per client, and 250 accounts in one workspace.
If your team is three people or fewer, stay on Pro at $59. That is where the flat-price advantage actually lives, and we would rather say so than sell you a seat you do not need.
Beyond Agency: Enterprise
Enterprise is quoted per organization. It removes the 250-account cap, and adds custom integrations, SSO and advanced security, custom contracts and invoicing, and an SLA with a dedicated success manager. If you need those, contact us rather than self-serving a plan.
Does Outfeed AI Charge Per Seat?
Only on Agency and Enterprise. Starter ($29) and Pro ($59) are flat monthly prices that do not multiply by headcount — Starter covers 1 member, Pro includes 3. Agency is $149 per seat per month with unlimited members. Enterprise is negotiated per organization.
That distinction matters more than the sticker price, because billing basis is what decides your invoice two hires from now. Hootsuite and Sprout Social bill per seat from their entry tier, so their totals scale with your team. Buffer bills per channel, so its total scales with the number of networks you connect. We only switch to per-seat at the top of the range, where teams are large enough that seats are the fairest unit.

Annual vs Monthly Billing
Annual billing saves ~17%: Starter $24/mo and Pro $49/mo — both flat, not per seat — and Agency $124 per seat/mo. Enterprise custom. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time, and there are no long-term contracts on the self-serve plans.

On Agency the discount applies per seat, so a five-seat agency saves $1,500 a year. Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude tax. Under our Terms of Service we can change prices with 30 days’ notice, and a change never affects a billing period you have already paid for.
Is Outfeed AI Free?
There is no permanent free plan. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access, 25 connected accounts and 50 posts. Separately, the 25 tools at outfeed.ai/tools are free forever and need no account at all. Those are two different things, and the second one is the genuinely free part.

No card is required to start. One thing worth knowing before you begin, straight from our Terms of Service (section 6.2): a free trial converts to the paid plan you selected at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. The part that is actually free forever
The 25 free social media tools on this site have no account, no trial clock and no card. They are not a funnel gate: you can use them for years without ever creating an Outfeed AI login.
Is There an Outfeed AI Coupon or Promo Code?
No. We do not issue coupon or promo codes, and none exists today. Any page offering an “Outfeed AI discount code”, “Outfeed AI 50% off” or a “verified” promo code is generating it automatically. Entering one will not reduce your bill.
The only discount that exists is annual billing at roughly 17% off: Starter $24/mo and Pro $49/mo — both flat, not per seat — and Agency $124 per seat/mo. Enterprise is custom-quoted, and that is where genuine negotiation happens.
We would rather say this plainly on our own page than let a coupon aggregator answer the question for us. If we ever do run a launch or education discount, it will be announced here and on our own channels first, and it will be a real code with a real expiry — not a scraped one.
How Do I Cancel Outfeed AI, and Is There a Refund?
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Our Terms of Service (section 6.4) set out the rest, and it is worth reading the actual wording rather than a summary:
- Cancel any time — through your account settings, with no cancellation fee and no notice period.
- Access runs to the end of the paid period — cancelling on day 3 of a month you have paid for does not cut you off on day 3.
- No refunds for partial billing periods, except where applicable law requires one. This is the part most pricing pages leave out, so: if you cancel mid-month on a monthly plan, you are not refunded for the unused days — you simply keep the service until the period ends.
- Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of renewal if you email [email protected]. That is a 14-day window after the renewal charge, not an open-ended right to a refund at any point in the year.
The Terms do not publish a proration formula for mid-cycle upgrades and downgrades, so we are not going to invent one here. What they do state is that billing runs in advance for each monthly or annual period. If you need to know exactly what a specific plan change will cost you before you make it, email [email protected] and ask — we will answer with a number, not a policy paragraph.
Deleting your data is separate from cancelling a subscription. You can request full deletion through the data deletion page, and under the Terms we remove account data within 30 days of termination unless the law requires us to keep it.
How Outfeed AI Pricing Compares to Competitors
Outfeed AI Starter at $29/month is mid-pack on sticker price and well ahead on what happens when you add people. The interesting comparison is not the entry price — it is the billing basis, because that is what decides the invoice a year from now. At one person, Later’s $25 Starter is the cheapest headline number, but it covers a single social set capped at 30 posts per profile against our 10 accounts and 100 posts. Buffer’s Essentials is cheaper than our $29 below six channels and more expensive at six channels and up, because it bills per channel. The honest caveat on our side: Starter’s 100-post cap is a real limit that Buffer, Hootsuite and Sprout Social do not impose.

Three people is where billing basis stops being an abstraction:

A three-person team pays $59 on Outfeed AI Pro against $297 on Hootsuite Standard or $597 on Sprout Social Standard — because those two multiply by headcount and we do not, up to three members. Buffer, which bills per channel rather than per seat, lands closest to us on price; the difference there is AI capability, not billing shape.
